What does it feel like to fail? I guess I'll learn!
So, in 15 days I will be enjoying myself in the California sun...I can feel it now, but I have way too much to do between now and then and it's not even funny. I feel like I'm going to fail at my FCCLA officerness between now and then. We do these things called STAR buddies and I'm in charge of figuring out what we give and such, but I have absolutely no idea what to do. We have so many great ideas, just figuring out how they are going to work makes me feel like i'm failing...I also accepted this job thing to sell advertising on a bag and it has to be done by the time I go to California and I honestly don't see myself finding the time. PLUS I have to do sponsorships for FCCLA. I am meeting with people next week to talk about sponsoring us for the next year, and it's kind of nerve racking. Not what I need right now. I can't wait for my weekend in St. Louis this weekend, it is much needed. I'm going to see the Marine's Silent Drill Platoon on Saturday and Sunday and it's time for some family time. I'm really hoping my cousin who we are going to see perform can actually do dinner with us or hang out after they perform, he lives in Washington DC so he's not around all that much and may very well be one of my favorite cousins. On top of everything I realized that my senior trip to Washington DC is not going to work with my FCCLA schedule. G.R.E.A.T. I guess I will be flying myself to DC at a different time, as I have counted down the days to my senior trip for the last four years because of how badly I want to go to the East Coast. Anywho, I am very excited to go to Anaheim in a couple of weeks, at least that is an exciting thing.
